🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Zelin-Outdoor, we want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty


🔄 Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or product? No problem! Simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • If your item was part of a “free shipping” promotion, a small restocking fee may apply


📦 How to Return

  1. Email us at vchau9532@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address

  3. Ship the product back to us (tracked shipping recommended)

  4. Wait for confirmation and refund

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


🛠 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
